Support to families
The perinatal period and parenting can be beautiful but also intense, that is why I am passionate about accompanying families in that life cycle.
I support all types of families from the moment they decide to conceive until the end of early childhood, addressing the different challenges that may arise (fertility, perinatal grief, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting). Always keeping in mind the attachment theory, self-compassion, gender perspective, respectful parenting and education and the connection with Nature, since the natural context is a co-regulator of the nervous system that facilitates the acquisition of skills without the overstimulation that artificial spaces cause.

Sessions for teenagers
The adolescence period is wonderful if we look at it with the same eyes as we watch a baby take its first steps or say its first word.
It is a stage often misunderstood and stigmatized by society and for me the key is to accompany it from the understanding and admiration of everything that is happening at a neurochemical level: an explosion of creativity, emotional intensity, openness to the social world and experimenting with novelty.
It is also a stage in which trusted adults are needed on which to rely on in the difficult task of transitioning to adult life and forging a coherent, functional and adaptive identity.

Sessions for adults
The stage of adulthood can be full of challenges and difficult moments, especially if we have not healed the wounds that have accumulated in our mind, body and nervous system throughout the previous stages. I accompany you to discover what those painful, often unconscious, memories are, so that you learn to look at them with love and self-compassion, and thus be able to redefine them. I can also accompany you if you are currently in a difficult moment to shed light on the situation, although the process will never be exempt from deeply analyzing your history, detecting similar situations and how you faced them to modify dysfunctional patterns that are repeated.

My Approach
I understand psychology and life as the integration of many forms of knowledge and experiences, which is why my therapeutic approach is integrative. And what does that mean? That I do not use the specific theoretical framework of any branch of psychology but rather adapt this approach to each case and process. However, I always refer to various authors and theories that I detail below, in addition to giving a lot of importance to the element that helped - and helps - me heal: Nature.
I work from an attachment theory perspective, as it's important to understand how we build our social relationships in the present by taking a journey into the past, remembering and integrating our earliest emotional experiences with our caregivers. Fortunately, our attachment system is not a fixed trait—it can be modified, deconstructed, and rebuilt through the conscious and emotional 'feeling-thinking' action of our bonds with others—both people and animals—in the present. But we must first bring these patterns to awareness before we can change them. In other words, if we identify how we related to our main caregivers, we’ll see that we often repeat those same behaviors in our current relationships, and only then can we decide whether those patterns still serve us or if we want to change them.
My approach also includes trauma-healing theories, as trauma is closely related to attachment: it’s not the traumatic situation itself that causes distress in the present, but how we were supported (or not) during that experience—that is, the type of attachment we had with the person or people responsible for providing us safety. By discovering and reinterpreting painful episodes from our past and offering ourselves the support we needed back then, we can stop reacting in the present the same way we did at that time.
The systemic approach is also a key aspect of my sessions, as we cannot understand ourselves as individuals without considering the systems around us and how they influence us in a continuous reciprocal exchange. We are constantly shaped and reshaped by the interactions we have with our systems, whether it’s the closest ones—our family and intimate circles—or at a broader community and societal level. For me, it is essential to approach the process of self-knowledge while acknowledging the influence not only of our early relationships with our parents, but also of school, our neighborhood, culture, capitalism, patriarchy, social inequalities, and more. I firmly believe that only by becoming aware of systemic violence—and by examining our own privileges—can we begin to heal these wounds, looking at our social context and with a gender perspective.

About Myself
Like most Psychology students, I opted for that career with the desire to better understand the human mind and behavior, but without being very clear about what I was going to do, or how, once I finished my degree. Although it is a necessary procedure in this meritocratic society in which we live where titles are valued more than hands wrinkled with wisdom and harshness, I consider that my great learning and path of self-knowledge is more related to experiences outside the academy, especially in my own therapeutic process that I started many years ago and in which I continue, in stages with professional support and others from introspection, review and individual work. However, I believe that it is important to stay updated to work in this sector and that is why I continue studying and specializing in the different theories and methodologies that I use.
In my path of self-knowledge and healing, Nature, animals and the deep bonds that I establish with them have played and continue to play a fundamental role. For me, healing emotional and traumatic wounds is only possible through love and secure bonding with other beings, not only human, but also in interspecies bonds. Since my childhood I have been very connected to Nature and I have discovered that this has been a preventive factor for my mental health. Later I have studied and put these principles into practice with children in various therapeutic and alternative education spaces with a common denominator: allowing their development process in a natural context, surrounded by animals and plants. Furthermore, after discovering the great transformative power that animals have had in my own history, I have worked for years offering therapies to adults, adolescents and children accompanied by great 4-legged teachers: horses. At present I am still closely linked to these majestic beings - and other smaller ones that accompany me every day - but I have taken another step: apply everything I learned in my online therapies in order to reach more people. This is how this project was born, in a desire to transmit the learning of Nature so that other people can benefit from its healing and transforming power. In our sessions we will explore your bonds -with human and non-human animals-,your cyclicity, in addition to always recommending to spend time regularly walking or sitting in outdoor and natural places. Furthermore, the way I help the people I accompany online (and also in-person) reconnect with nature is by focusing on the body, on the internal sensations that are often forgotten or censored because the system imposes and exalts everything rational and mental, making us completely disconnect from the ancestral wisdom of the body and how it is in constant communication with our mind: we just have to listen to it.
